PrepKar is run by Swathi Ganti, Visakhapatnam, India. Email is the only channel — there is no form here on purpose, so nothing you write is stored anywhere but your own mailbox and ours. We read everything; we reply to what needs a reply.

Privacy and grievances

Reporting a wrong question or Coach note
Quote the exam, the year and the question number as they appear on the question, say what you think is wrong, and — if you can — where the correct answer comes from. For a Coach note, say roughly when it appeared. Corrections are made in the product for everyone; we do not argue the merits of a key in private replies.
Things you do not need to write to us for
- A copy of your data — /me/export, while signed in, on demand.
- Deleting your account — from your profile, or without signing in at /account/delete. Immediate, and it needs no reply from us.
- What we store — the privacy notice lists every table by name.
We do not offer phone support, and we never ask for your password or a sign-in code by email.
