This page works in any browser and needs no sign-in and no app: confirm the address with a code we email you, and PrepKar, run by Swathi Ganti, erases the account on the spot. Signed in already? The same control is on your profile.
What deleting does
- Removes your profile, every answer, test attempt and report, flashcard, bookmark, note, streak, product event, consent record and waitlist entry, and signs out every device. It cannot be undone.
- Purchase records, if any, are kept for tax law but detached from you.
- Nothing happens without the code from your inbox: someone who only knows your address cannot delete your account, and we never say whether an address has one.
